The Sun is in Taurus from April 20-May 21. In Taurus, the Sun is methodical, sensual, and receptive. The Sun in Taurus is most active when it is defending or resisting! As the Sun moves through Taurus when plants take root, our determination and security needs are strong. Taurus is loyal to all that is familiar and values longevity. The shadow side of Taurus is possessiveness and bullheadedness.
The Sun in Taurus is the connoisseur and sensualist. It’s patient, stubborn, earthy, stable, and rooted. The Sun-in-Taurus cycle is a good one for maintaining or building, as well as enjoying and appreciating what’s already in place. While the Taurus Sun is slow to warm up, it’s stable and persevering once it does. We value what’s long-term, strong, and lasting during this phase.
Mercury is in Taurus from April 3-June 11. [This transit is longer than usual due to Mercury’s retrograde in Taurus from April 21 to May 14.] When Mercury is in Taurus, our thinking is down to earth, solid, and grounded. Common sense reigns over more fanciful thinking. We communicate more deliberately under this influence, and our minds are oriented to the world of the five senses. We prefer the tried and true rather than new ways of thinking.
Attention to one thing at a time can simplify our lives, but we may be in danger of narrow, overly conservative, or rigid thinking. It’s a time of practical intelligence and comfortably-paced decisions and thought processes. We’re capable of (and content with) rote, routine, deliberate, or monotonous work and methods.
Venus is in Cancer from May 7-June 5. In Cancer, Venus is nurturing, protective and self-protective, cautious, and fertile. We experience many emotional ups and downs in love under this influence due to our increased sensitivity and impressionability. We are tender, romantic, and attached. We could be clingy or sulky during this period.
Cancer love is dedicated, warm, and devoted. We show our love through our devotion, care, and concern. We are affectionate and cuddly, and are at our best when we feel safe and secure. We also want to make our loved ones feel safe and comfortable.
It’s a good cycle for collecting and money related to real estate, accommodation, food, coins, silver, or antiques. We enjoy homey, familiar pastimes and art and simple pleasures.
Cautious with our feelings, we are not always confident about boldly trying or sharing new things during this cycle. However, we do whatever we can to make our loved ones feel special. Our memories are long, and we can be very sentimental.
Mars is in Cancer from March 25-May 20. We pursue our interests ardently, but we avoid a direct approach to going after we want while Mars transits Cancer. As well, our goals and plans are subject to mood swings and vacillations. We are defensive rather than overtly aggressive. Much of what we do depends on our current mood of the moment.
We’re also very intuitive and can be moved to take action to bring peace or comfort and safety to our lives during this period. We go to bat for our loved ones. In fact, we’re fiercely protective. It’s a powerful period for putting ego matters aside so that we can push our plans forward. Inner satisfaction and love are generally more important to us than outer achievements at this time. Mars is in Leo from May 20-July 10. In Leo, Mars is proud, self-confident, and grand. We are spirited and have grand goals. The sex drive is strong, and passion for life is high.
Mars in Leo can awaken a competitive spirit or drive. We’re more willing to take risks to get what we want. We also tend to make a splash, and we want to be in the driver’s seat. This transit is passionate, ardent, and dramatic. We seek to appear strong and prefer to be in the lead or the center of attention. Mars opposition Pluto. Power struggles, “all or nothing” energy, the desire to force one’s agenda meets with opposition and resistance. Do what you can to avoid a contest of wills. The desire to get the upper hand is strong, but it’s unlikely to happen under this influence. It would be wise to observe whatever powerful feelings that confrontations or conflicts arouse under this influence, as this transit has a way of pulling out suppressed matter, or emotional “slush”. Jardiner avec la Lune
Les 2, 20, 21, 22 et 29 sont des jours très favorables pour réaliser un compost qui aura un bon échauffement.
Les 9, 10, 12, 18, 19 et 21 sont d’excellents jours pour préparer un thé de compost et pour le pulvériser afin de prévenir les maladies cryptogamiques.
Les insecticides naturels et la Lune
Certains aspects planétaires vont renforcer l’action des produits, et ainsi permettre d’en diminuer les doses : les produits appliqués le 6, le 11 ou le 12 auront ainsi une meilleure efficacité.
La viniculture avec la Lune
Mettre le vin en bouteille entre le 9 et le 19 (en évitant le 11 matin, 15 matin ainsi que le 17).
Les arbres en fonction de la Lune
Pour que le bois ne travaille pas à la pose (bardages, charpente, etc.) choisir la période du 11 au 14 ou mieux du 18 au 21 pour la mise en œuvre.

Couper les ongles les 9, 10, 11, 18 ou 19 les rendront moins cassants et plus solides.
Pour commencer une action (cure, etc.) qui aura tendance à soulager ou à désintoxiquer

Jardiner avec la Lune
Les influences lunaires
Bien que nous ne réalisions pas toujours son ampleur, la Lune exerce une puissante influence sur la Terre. L’exemple le plus spectaculaire reste le phénomène des marées. Ce sont en effet des milliards de mètres cubes d’eau qui se déplacent quotidiennement sous la seule influence de la Lune. Les scientifiques ont d’ailleurs constaté que le phénomène des marées ne se limitait pas seulement aux masses océaniques mais agissait également sur la croûte terrestre. Celle-ci pouvant s’élever de plusieurs dizaines de centimètres lors de l’effet de marée montant.
Si l’effet semble moins visible, la Lune exerce toutefois une influence sur les êtres vivants également. Les végétaux, les animaux ainsi que les êtres humains sont eux aussi sujets aux rythmes lunaires. Les plantes et les animaux sont les plus sensibles et les plus réceptifs à l’influence des différents cycles lunaires, il est d’ailleurs possible de le vérifier en réalisant des essais comparatifs. L’être humain quant à lui ne se rend pas toujours compte des effets de la Lune sur son quotidien. Notre vie moderne a en effet peu à peu atténué notre sensibilité aux cycles naturels. Mais si nous semblons moins réceptifs aux mouvements lunaires, leur influence reste active et agit également sur de nombreux domaines nous concernant.
La Lune au jardin
Tout au long de leur développement, les plantes sont naturellement sujettes aux cycles lunaires et planétaires. Dans le milieu naturel, elles s’accordent spontanément à ces différents cycles qui participent à leur environnement et viennent s’ajouter aux autres éléments essentiels à leur développement.
Dans les milieux recréés que sont nos jardins, le fait que nous décidions où et quand semer une plante fait que nous intervenons dans son processus naturel de développement. Bien que nous ne dénaturions pas réellement ce processus, nous interférons cependant sur le rythme de croissance de la plante. Ce dernier sera naturellement différent du rythme de croissance d’une plante se développant de manière spontanée.
Il est possible de stimuler la croissance d’une plante en prenant en compte les influences lunaires et planétaires lors des principales étapes de son développement (semis, repiquage, entretien). Une graine se développera différemment suivant le type de constellation (Fruits, Racines, Fleurs, Feuilles) lors de laquelle elle est semée. Lors de sa croissance, la plante se polarisera davantage sur la partie en relation avec la constellation. Une salade développera ainsi davantage sa partie foliaire si elle est semée en constellation Feuilles. En revanche, semée en constellation fleur, une salade se focalisera sur la production de semences et montera donc plus rapidement en graines. De même, pour une meilleure production, il préférable de semer les carottes lors d’une constellation Racines, de manière à ce que la plante privilégie cette partie lors de son développement. Dans cette optique, il devient donc intéressant de semer une plante en accord avec le type de constellation devant laquelle passera la Lune au moment du semis.
Mais les types de constellations ne sont pas les seuls facteurs déterminants et d’autres paramètres comme par exemple le cycle de la lune croissante/décroissante, montante/descendante, les nœuds lunaires, le périgée, les aspects planétaires, exercent également une tendance positive ou négative suivant les cas. Il est donc primordial de considérer l’ensemble de tous ces différents éléments et d’en faire la synthèse pour savoir si un moment donné est plus ou moins favorable voire défavorable pour semer une plante.

Origine du mois de mai

Paris voit le succès en amenant Zelensky au G7

Hiroshima (Japon) (AFP) - Lorsque Volodymyr Zelensky a atterri à Hiroshima samedi pour rencontrer les dirigeants du G7, le président ukrainien est arrivé à bord d'un avion du gouvernement français - une décision que Paris considère comme un succès diplomatique clé.
Amener Zelensky au sommet lui donne une chance de s'engager avec certains pays clés qui ont jusqu'à présent refusé leur soutien contre l'invasion de la Russie, et le président français Emmanuel Macron espère que cette opportunité changera la donne pour Kiev.
Macron, qui a été critiqué pour ses déclarations sur les négociations de paix entre l'Ukraine et la Russie, a fait pression pour permettre au président ukrainien de faire valoir ses arguments devant certains dirigeants arabes, ainsi que l'Inde et le Brésil, qui ont également été invités au Japon.
Il y a une semaine, lorsque Macron a reçu son homologue ukrainien pour un dîner à l'Elysée, l'idée que Zelensky assiste au sommet de ses principaux alliés occidentaux était déjà en discussion, a déclaré un conseiller de Macron, mais la logistique restait à déterminer.
Enfin, Kiev a présenté une demande officielle.
« Ils nous ont demandé mercredi si nous pouvions les transporter jeudi. Nous avons dit oui », a déclaré le responsable présidentiel français, s'exprimant sous la condition habituelle de l'anonymat.
Un Airbus A330 de l'armée de l'air française a récupéré Zelensky à la frontière polonaise et l'a d'abord transporté en Arabie saoudite, où il s'est adressé vendredi à un sommet de la Ligue arabe. Puis de là, il s'est rendu au Japon samedi pour entamer immédiatement des rencontres bilatérales.
- 'Des signaux très positifs' -
Ce voyage était le premier en Asie-Pacifique pour le président en temps de guerre depuis le début de l'invasion russe de l'Ukraine il y a 15 mois.
A bord de l'avion français, accompagné d'Isabelle Dumont, conseillère de Macron pour l'Ukraine et ancienne ambassadrice à Kiev, Zelensky a préparé "très soigneusement" sa mission, a indiqué la partie française.
En accueillant Zelensky dans un grand hôtel d'Hiroshima, Macron a exprimé l'espoir que les réunions en marge du sommet offriront à Kiev une "opportunité unique".
"Je pense que cela peut changer la donne", a déclaré Macron.
Zelensky a assuré à Macron qu'il avait déjà reçu la veille "des signaux très positifs" des pays arabes.
Zelensky a proposé de tenir un sommet international de paix sur l'Ukraine et veut rallier le plus de pays possible à sa cause.
Pour y parvenir, Paris estime qu'il est crucial pour Zelensky d'avoir un tête-à-tête avec des dirigeants clés, comme le Premier ministre indien Narendra Modi, qui s'est ostensiblement abstenu de condamner l'invasion russe, ou le Brésilien Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. , qui n'a pas envoyé d'armes à l'Ukraine ni adhéré aux sanctions contre la Russie.
La rencontre de Modi avec Zelensky samedi a donné lieu à l'optimisme.
"Je peux vous assurer que pour résoudre ce problème, l'Inde et, personnellement, je ferai tout ce que nous pourrons", a déclaré Modi à Zelensky.
Et l'Elysée dit que Lula prévoit également de rencontrer son homologue ukrainien à Hiroshima, bien que Brasilia n'ait pas confirmé cela.
"Nous avons pu convaincre la présidence japonaise" du G7 "non seulement d'inviter le président Zelensky à Hiroshima, mais de lui permettre d'échanger" avec ces pays émergents, lors d'une session prévue dimanche à l'issue du sommet, a indiqué le fonctionnaire français. « C'est une initiative de la France.
Paris espère une déclaration forte à l'issue du sommet dimanche qui montrerait l'unité internationale derrière "le respect de la souveraineté et de l'intégrité territoriale de l'Ukraine" et la nécessité de "créer ensemble les conditions de la paix".
Cet effort français intervient alors que le président américain Joe Biden a annoncé cette semaine, dans un revirement majeur, une décision de soutenir la fourniture d'avions de guerre avancés, y compris des F16, à l'Ukraine et de soutenir les efforts pour former les pilotes de Kiev – quelque chose que Zelensky recherchait depuis longtemps.
La France s'est déclarée prête à former des pilotes ukrainiens dès l'arrivée des avions tant convoités en Ukraine.
